This month we are celebrating the local projects in development that will enhance what our City has to offer. New adventures for children in art and education, plus outdoor winter activity for everyone. Both projects are funded in part by Co-op Community Spaces!
On July 6, we stopped by the Children's Discovery Museum site for a sneak peek. See those windows behind Grant Wicks, Saskatoon Co-op CEO, and his young friends? That’s where the Create Space Workshop will be when they open in Spring 2019! What will you come and create?
Children's Discovery Museum - "Thanks to CO-OP CRS for supporting our Create Space Workshop with a $150,000 donation from Co-op Community Spaces!"
Then on July 13, we joined the official ground breaking on Phase 1 of the Optimist Hill Campaign! Construction is underway to make the Hill even bigger, and we couldn’t be more excited to see them bring snowboarding, skiing, tubing, and tobogganing to Saskatoon Winter 2018/2019!
Optimist Hill Campaign - "This could not have been done without the help of our incredible sponsors." Co-op Space's $150,000 in funding will go towards the 'Co-op Magic Carpet' that will transport winter sport enthusiasts up the hill.
