Saskatoon Co-op purchased the former Safeway location in 2014. This renovation – which began January 2017 makes this store more consistent with others in the Co-operative Retailing System. Not only will the store have a new look and feel, it will be more sustainable with brighter, more efficient lighting as well as new energy-efficient coolers and freezers. Heavy breathing and sweaty faces aside, the Human Resources ladies and Ray had big smiles on, knowing that they fundraised for a great cause! In total, CIBC Run for the Cure raised over $250,000 toward Breast Cancer research! Great job to everyone from our Saskatoon Co-op team!
